Paul Williams and David Voigt play all the other stuff. Paul is from Shropshire near the waterfall and also chooses the wine and grows the vegetables. David throws down Guam-style and is also the arranger/engineer who has twirled the knobs with the likes of The Sun Ra Arkestra, John Cale, Luna, Patti Smith, and Elysian Fields.
